​​Events 2026:

Ist Tuesday of the Month 9:30 until 12:00 - Green Working Party. Help to maintain the clean and tidy standard of the clubhouse and the surrounds of the bowling green. Tasks include cleaning the inside of the clubhouse, weeding, pruning etc. We have a selection of garden tools but you may also want to bring your own. Refreshments will be provided

Wednesday 25 February at 2pm - Pre Season Meeting in the Clubhouse. Come along and meet the team captains and register your interest if you wish to play in any of the league teams. ​

Sunday 22 March at 1:30pm - Green Opens (weather permitting)

​

Starting Tuesday 24 March 10:00 until 12:00  - Coaching sessions will run every Tuesday. Learn and improve your bowling skills together with your team mates. All members are welcome. Just turn up on the day.

Sunday 12 April at 2pm - Open Day. The bowling green will be open to members of the public who may be interested in playing Crown Geeen Bowls. Members of the club will be on hand to welcome and answer any questions you may have. Come along and try this great sport.

Monday 13 April at 12:00 - We shall be renovating the gutter around the green, removing the weeds, renewing old wood supports and laying Astroturf to provide a clean and soft finish. We need as many volunteers as possible to complete this much needed task as quick as we can. Thanks​

Sunday 14 June at 10:00 - We shall be hosting the Stafford Ladies League Drawn Doubles Competition.

Sunday 12 July at 2pm - Charity Match with the Community Church. All members are welcome for this event to raise money for a church related charity.
